Strategy Manager

Coloplast has an exciting opportunity for a Strategy Manager to join our growing team!


The Strategy & Commercial Excellence team, based in Minneapolis, is the problem-solving engine for the US Chronic Care business. You will work closely with senior business leaders across functions to parse trends, develop insights, and lead projects to improve how Coloplast moves from “challenger to leader” in the US Ostomy and Continence markets, as well as our Direct business, Comfort Medical.


Working on the strategy team requires strong drive, clear communication, structured problem solving, and the ability to mobilize stakeholders of varying expertise and seniority. As a strategy manager your work will lead to commercial breakthroughs and contribute meaningfully to our mission of making life easier for people with intimate healthcare conditions.


Major Areas of Accountability

  • Identify and drive commercial & strategic projects across the North America business
  • Lead regular reporting processes, including: project management office (PMO), biannual CEO-level country review, and the annual business plan (ABP)
  • Act as trusted senior advisor to our North American management team on select projects and tasks
  • Facilitate sharing of best practices across departments in the organization
  • Other duties as assigned


Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy/ corporate development role, M&A, and/or healthcare
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant field
  • Strong analytical toolbox and sound problem-solving skills
  • Leadership ambitions and potential
  • Experience leading diverse teams and delivering results on a project basis, including defining and managing scope, timeline, etc
  • Clear, concise communication across media: written, oral, presentation
  • IT skills: expert user of MS PowerPoint, proficient user of MS Excel


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or MBA
  • Experience in Med Tech, healthcare, or related field
