Senior Supply Chain Analyst

Coloplast has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team! The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst will be key in assisting the Supply Chain organization achieve it’s strategic objectives by providing accurate, prompt data collection, modeling and analysis to the decision making process. Direction will be focused on meeting goals and objectives in key KPI’s areas such as inventory, service level, backorder, manufacturing performance and forecast performance.  This resource will need to see solutions in unorganized data sets and have the mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities. We are looking for an analytical mind who is focused on delivering results with little direction, can learn and adapt quickly in a changing environment, and who communicates information in a succinct manner.

 

Major Areas of Accountability

  • Driving Demand forecast aggregation and global S&OP Process
  • Creating an inventory model to suggest theoretical inventory levels; tracking and highlighting deltas to these values for risk and opportunity identification
  • Perform analysis where needed to support key initiatives to track or improve all KPI’s  (Inventory, service level, backorder, forecast performance, manufacturing performance)
  • Design and build technological processes to address business issues; bring supply chain best practices along with analytical expertise to solutions
  • Prioritize, organize and manage multiple requests with quick turnaround
  • Act as SME for PowerBI reporting buildout

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering or other related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in a supply chain environment
  • Understands and advocates supply chain solutions using supply chain theory
  • Experience with data modeling, detailed analysis and implementing processes to support resulting changes
  • Expertise in MS Office products, with superior Excel skills including formula and macro writing
  • Familiar with ERP systems, Specifically JD Edwards and OMP.
  • Strong communications skills (written and spoken), can present data in a succinct manner with the audience in mind
  • Collaborates and builds relationships with and learns from all functions and locations
  • Must be very organized, detail oriented and work independently

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • APICS, Lean, Six Sigma or other training
  • PowerBI report building experience
  • Strongly prefer experience with inventory reporting and planning
  • Medical device or other heavily regulated industry experience

  • Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $83,712 - $125,568. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
