This role supports our NA Advanced Wound Dressings business and is based in Minneapolis, MN, in a hybrid role.

We focus on customer-centric initiatives and high impact projects that are aligned to our business priorities.

 

Job fuction summary

This position will take ownership for developing and implementing Marketing programs for selected products in our portfolio. As Marketing Manager, you will be a key link between our NA and Global cross-functional resources, and the needs of the market as represented by our commercial team and customers. The main job functions for this role include:

 

  • Become a brand champion for our brands and products, including positioning and messaging,
    as well as understanding our market, key audiences and competitors
  • Develop an annual Marketing plan by recommending meaningful programs to support our commercial priorities, and prepare and manage related marketing budget
  • Design, develop and launch innovative marketing initiatives to generate interest and awareness for our products with new and existing customers
  • Take ownership of our marketing toolbox (online and print) by following formalized review processes
    and scheduling routine reviews to update or rationalize all marketing content
  • Critical review of product portfolio (upcoming and existing), make strategic recommendations, and manage discontinuations and launches, including product positioning, pricing, and managing launch forecasts
  • Establish close working relationships across our commercial team, as well as with a select number of healthcare professionals to become speakers and opinion leaders for our solutions
  • Provide support for national RFI/RFP contract opportunities, including input on product positioning, clinical evidence, health economic argumentation, and reviewing product cross reference sheets
  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs and sales tools to support the sales force in response to customer and competitive needs

 

In addition to frequent interactions with our commercial team and North American cross-functional teams, this position will work closely with our business leaders, third party agencies, and relevant stakeholders in our global organization (based in Denmark).

 

Essential qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field of study
  • 3+ Years successful experience in Marketing with direct responsibility for managing a product portfolio
  • Experience working with a direct field sales team
  • Must demonstrate excellent writing skills to review and develop professional messaging
  • Core skills to include strong communication, project management, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and prioritize multiple cross-functional projects
  • Ability to navigate the complexity of a global organization in a regulated industry
  • Willingness to join a team who values listening, mutual respect, and collaboration
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (includes 10-20% travel)
