Marketing Manager, Wound Care (Wound & Skin Care)

Marketing Manager, Wound Care (Wound & Skin Care) 

This Marketing Manager position will have responsibility for supporting the growth of our Wound Care product portfolio in the US.  This will include developing and executing marketing programs that align with our key business drivers. 


The Marketing Manager works closely with the Global Marketing team to leverage and localize marketing tools and materials for the US market.  The role also collaborates with the Sales Team, Regulatory, Legal and outside agencies.  This position is based in Minneapolis, MN. 



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of marketing programs to drive new business as well as sales and customer retention
  • Launch new products into the US market, leveraging global materials and messaging
  • Develop in-depth customer and market knowledge.  Communicate market needs and opportunities. 
  • Stay current on market standards and practices and understand impact on Coloplast product line and business.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs and sales tools to support the sales force in response to customer and competitive needs
  • Collaborate with external agencies to develop materials to support program launches, campaigns, and sales support
  • Understand the market, our products and programs to ensure marketing programs and materials are relevant and effective for the US market.
  • Champion the brands within the wound care portfolio by ensuring consistent branding and messaging
  • Work within assigned budget.



Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or other relevant field of study
  • MBA preferred
  • 4+ years successful experience in marketing or marketing communications
  • Experience working with a direct field sales team
  • Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to work across functions to prioritize and drive strategic objectives
  • Demonstrate ability to influence and negotiate both internally and externally
  • Proven ability to lead, manage and support multiple projects, prioritize & drive results
