  • Lead monthly performance management for the WSC North America business, primarily focused on the US and Canadian sales organizations
  • Develop quotas and sales goals aligned with annual financial ambitions
  • Provide recommendations to sales, marketing, and business leaders to improve financial results
  • Understand the go-to-market strategy for Coloplast and be able to use data and industry knowledge to facilitate conversations with all levels in the sales organization
  • Continuously shape the priorities of the team to align to company strategy
  • Lead the team in developing scalable technical solutions for delivering actionable intelligence to the organization
  • Facilitate and support Key Performance Indicator reporting while providing and sharing business insights to fuel sales growth
  • Drives development and execution of sales force strategy projects related to revenue and growth performance
  • Maintain a strategic relationship with internal stakeholders, develop a deep understanding of their business and goals, and drive improvements through collaboration and direction of team
  • Own the market intelligence strategy and process for the organization
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure data inputs and financial metrics are aligned in monthly performance meetings
  • Lead the recruitment, hiring, training, and development of a high-caliber team of individuals supporting the North America WSC ComEx organization

 

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business intelligence, controlling (financial), consulting industry or equivalent
  • Experience with sales force management and CRM systems
  • Ability and desire to translate complex financial and business concepts into actionable tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Confidence and the ability to establish new processes while leading a team through change
  • Excellent organization, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality at all times.
  • Capable of taking on and solving complex problems
  • Confidence in communicating with all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent
  • Previous experience managing a team of direct reports
