E1 Coordinator

The Interventional Urology Operations E1 Coordinator will primarily be responsible for printing, staging, and performing E1 transactions and activities.  The individual is also responsible to ensure inventory accuracy reflect production and E1. This individual will work a first shift schedule consisting of four 10-hour days.

 

Major Areas of Accountability

  • Perform ERP E1 transactions, to include but not limited to, online and offline issuing, backflushing, release, and printing work orders.
  • Staging/Kitting work orders.
  • Help coordinate cycle counts with the warehouse.
  • Participate in physical inventory count and verification against ERP E1 in Production.
  • Perform inventory adjustment if necessary.
  • Perform routine checks on open work orders.  Correct or adjust status as appropriate.
  • Perform routine E1 audit to ensure inventory accuracy.  Investigate, correct, and/or adjust status as appropriate.
  • Ensure ERP E1 steps and transaction are accurate.
  • Serve as a resource to others in E1 problems and issues.
  • Ensure work order accuracy such as issued components and correct quantities on Bill of Materials.
  • Ensure sequences on traveler forms are filled out correctly.
  • Update reports or files on excel daily.
  • Support Leads with planning and production needs.
  • Perform training as determined by manager.  Be responsible for training documentation and records during training.
  • Resolve routine questions and problems and refer more complex issues to the Leads and/or Manufacturing Manager.
  • Support and apply Lean Manufacturing and related principles.
  • Conform with Coloplast Code of Conduct and all local Compliance Standards
  • Conform with Coloplast Q/EHS Policy
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous history of intermediate or higher data entry experience.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably medical device manufacturing with ERP experience.
  • Proficient computer systems skills.
  • Must be able to read English at an intermediate level or higher.
  • Must have basic math skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. independently and up to 75 lbs. with assistance

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Competitive Compensation: The starting hourly rate for this position is $20.00. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation for applicable experience and may also be eligible for bonuses and/or incentives.  Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
