Consumer Operations Administrator 

Coloplast has an exciting opportnity for a Consumer Operations Administrator to join our growing team!


We are looking for a candidate with one or more year of experience in an office or administrative setting. The Coloplast Consumer Operations Administrator’s primary role is to support the daily operations of the Consumer Sales and Advising departments and to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. The Administrator works across business areas to assure expectations and processes between business areas are aligned. In addition, the Administrator coordinates wiith the Marketing Team in the preparation of process documents for Consumer Sales related campaigns. Quality data collection, process documentation, and documentation of claims for complaint resolution also falls within the responsibilities of the Administrator role.


Major Areas of Accountability

  • An in depth understanding of department processes, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Update and communicate protocol and process changes as needed in relation to entry of clinician, dealer, and consumer sample requests.
  • Resolve end-user issues in accordance with established department guidelines. Investigate, analyze and assure appropriate departments are notified for resolution and corrective action.
  • Investigate and fix sample order errors within the CRM and E1 warehouse systems.
  • Retrieve and forward voicemails to appropriate team members.
  • Work with field sales reps on inquiries regarding data entry and verification that entry was done in accordance with established department procedures.
  • Accurately and thoroughly document or update end-user profile in Coloplast systems.
  • Collaborate and work closely with field sales representatives, marketing personnel, warehouse, and consumer care teams to support initiatives.
  • Run reports as needed on data quality, campaign metrics, etc.
  • Clear and effective communication in the presentation of information to stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and make recommendations.
  • Responsible for data quality, including self-audit of work.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Basic Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree and / or a combination of at least 1+ year of administrative / customer service experience
  • Intermediate computer skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Quick/accurate computer input skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Highly structured approach with attention to detail and proper documentation of all work
  • Ability to understand complex data structure and quickly grasp new processes and systems
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work well in cross-functional teams, independent yet a team player
  • CRM experience
  • Healthcare industry experience
