Coloplast Strive is a 2-year graduate program for those striving for an accelerated global career within the MedTech industry. We offer various tracks across the value chain with a stimulating learning journey, all while contributing to making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.

 

The program consists of two, 12 month rotations, one in your home country and one abroad for most tracks. During this time, we guarantee that you’ll get to dive into your field of interest, take on key responsibilities and see the results of your work.

 

After completing the program, you can look forward to continuing your journey with us on a permanent contract. 

 

Welcome to Marketing

Starting no later than September 1st, 2022, you’ll spend the first 12 months of the program in the Marketing department at our US headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Here, you will join a team of highly-skilled colleagues focused on consumer acquisition and digital solutions.

 

Digital has been a strategic priority for Coloplast. Here is the US, we have been building our organization and capabilities to develop and bring to market various digital offerings to patients and also clinicians. One high profile project is the MyOstomy App in US, which is considered as the “light house” of our global digital offering. As a core member of the “Light House” project, you will work side by side with the Head of Digital Solutions in the US and the Head of Consumer Programs at our global HQ in Denmark to support the project management of MyOstomy launch in US. You will provide strategic insights, solutions and analytics required for the success of this high-profile digital offering.  

 

Meanwhile, you will be working on designing, developing, and implementing a digital strategic roadmap for the US, which, will illustrate what are the ambitions, offerings and key milestones for US digital journey.

 

After completing the first half of the program, you will get to embark on an adventure to our global HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark. With your skills and interests in mind, we will find the perfect role for you to complete your graduate program.

 

Key position responsibilities

This role will work across functions in both the US (digital solutions, consumer service, Ostomy marketing) and Global (digital health and consumer programs) to drive the execution of the launch including below key activities: 

    • Defining KPI frameworks
    • Performance management
    • Tracking and data analysis
    • Generating and providing strategic insights to the business and developing team

 

With all the learnings and insights generated from the launch, this role will work with the team to reiterate product offering design and shape the go-to-market approach for next phase of this product

 

This role will also work on designing, developing and implementing the US strategic digital roadmap; support and drive other strategic digital initiatives across US, including establishing a stage gating process to evaluate and prioritize digital projects in the US, auditing competitive digital solutions both in direct and the extended medical device industry, and developing ROI model for key digital initiatives.

 

We are looking for top Master’s or Bachelor’s graduates worldwide who:

  • Have a strong performance track record in terms of grades and experience
  • Have between 0-3 years of work experience post-graduation
  • Are hungry and passionate to drive and achieve business results
  • Are curious and eager to learn, contribute and work in teams
  • Have experience living and working in different cultures
