Coloplast Strive is a 2-year graduate program for those striving for an accelerated global career within the MedTech industry. We offer various tracks across the value chain with a stimulating learning journey, all while contributing to making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.

The program consists of two, 12 month rotations, one in your home country and one abroad for most tracks. During this time, we guarantee that you’ll get to dive into your field of interest, take on key responsibilities and see the results of your work.

After completing the program, you can look forward to continuing your journey with us on a permanent contract. 

 

Welcome to IU Global Finance

Starting no later than September 1st, 2022, you’ll spend the first 12 months of the program in the Interventional Urology Global Finance department which is based in our US headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Here, you will join one half of a team of highly skilled colleagues that are all motivated and high performing with natural curiosity and a growth-oriented mindset. Our team supports all finance needs to Interventional Urology globally, including sales, marketing, innovation, customer service, operations, and mergers and acquisitions.

As a graduate in IU Global Finance, you will become a valued business advisor and partner in a highly visible role. In addition, you would have opportunities to improve processes and make an impact to help support the organization’s strong growth ambitions.

 

After completing the first half of the program, you will get to embark on a new opportunity at our Global Headquarters in Denmark. With your skills and interests in mind, we will find the perfect role for you to complete your graduate program.

 

Key position responsibilities

This role will work across functions in both the US and Global to support all finance needs to Interventional Urology globally, and the key responsibilities for your first rotation would include below activities:

 

  • Engage and collaborate with business leaders to improve forecasting and monthly reporting processes
  • Learn cost accounting processes including reporting, analysis, work order processing and more
  • Learn the manufacturing process and how essential finance support is to run a high performing site
  • Support supply chain teams with inventory reduction projects
  • Help integrate two new products into the current site (INTIBIA & Laser Boxes)

 

We are looking for top Master’s or Bachelor’s graduates worldwide who:

  • Have a strong performance track record in terms of grades and experience
  • Have between 0-3 years of work experience post-graduation
  • Are hungry and passionate to drive and achieve business results
  • Are curious and eager to learn, contribute and work in teams
  • Have experience living and working in different cultures
  • Are mobile and flexible with a desire and capacity to live and work abroad
  • Are motivated to join a growing, innovative company
  • Are fluent in English (other languages a plus)
  • Live our values and want to make a difference for people facing intimate medical conditions
