Coloplast Strive is a 2-year graduate program for recent graduates striving for an accelerated global career within the MedTech industry. We offer various tracks across the value chain with a stimulating learning journey, all while contributing to making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.


The program consists of two, 12-month rotations, one in your home country and one abroad for most tracks. During this time, we guarantee that you’ll get to dive into your field of interest, take on key responsibilities and see the results of your work.


After completing the program, you can look forward to continuing your journey with us on a permanent contract. 


Welcome to Interventional Urology

Starting no later than September 1st, 2023, you’ll spend the first 12 months of the program in Coloplast’s Interventional Urology Strategy and Business Development team at our North America Headquarters in Minneapolis, MN. Here, you will join a team of highly skilled colleagues that are all motivated and high performing with natural curiosity and a growth-oriented mindset. 


After completing the first half of the program, you will get to embark on an adventure to our Global Headquarters in Humlebæk, Denmark or another large subsidiary. With your skills and interests in mind, we will find the perfect role for you to complete your graduate program.


Key position responsibilities

This role will play a key part in articulating the IU strategy. The employee will work cross-functionally to build clear strategy presentations and own projects that will enable this strategy.

  • Develop, maintain and communicate the IU strategy– help with the long-range planning, define and communicate growth drivers and initiatives, develop and describe our product and geographical strategies
  • Help enable our IU strategy by support the pursuit of global inorganic growth opportunities
  • Provide business case modeling support on new product development projects
  • Support the evaluation and diligence of M&A and strategic investment opportunities through revenue forecast, competitive analysis, and valuation analysis
  • Provide strategic analysis around expanding into new markets and launching new business lines
  • Maintain effective relationships, in partnership with IU leadership, with investment bankers and strategy consultants
  • Support the planning and execution of integrating acquisitions, where appropriate


We are looking for top Master’s graduate who:  

  • Has strong academic performance and 3+ years of work experience
  • Previous experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or medical device strategy/business development is required.  
  • Have a strong personal drive and great interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates solid financial acumen
  • Possesses the skills, ability and desire to lead people and projects
  • Curious and eager to learn, contribute and work in teams
  • Are not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo
  • Live our values and want to make a difference for people facing intimate medical conditions
  • Are mobile and flexible with a strong desire & capability to live and work abroad
  • Are fluent in English
