Associate Professional Education Manager

The ProACT Associate Professional Education Manager role is designed to build future franchise ownership capability within the Professional & Physician Education organization. Working alongside the ProACT Franchise Lead, this individual will develop expertise in physician adoption strategy, academic engagement, faculty development, and portfolio management while progressively assuming ownership of key aspects of the ProACT education ecosystem.

 

Major Areas of Accountability

  • Support development and execution of ProACT Professional Education strategy
  • Join commercial leadership meetings to understand franchise priorities
  • Assist in portfolio planning and annual educational strategy development
  • Develop understanding of franchise performance metrics and business drivers
  • Participate in strategic planning and prioritization discussions
  • Support physician adoption initiatives development of physician learning pathways
  • Monitor and support learner progression through the education ecosystem
  • Support faculty identification, development and KOL onboarding
  • Support society engagement activities and develop relationships with academic centers
  • Manage assigned educational programs and execute faculty-led educational experiences
  • Support observation and proctoring activities and assist with event planning and program delivery
  • Participate in budget planning
  • Support KPI review and reporting
  • Develop stakeholder management skills such as cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, medical affairs and market access teams.
  • Facilitate HCP Contract Renewals in partnership with IU Contracts and Operations

Basic Qualifications

  • Previous experience in medical device space required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, biologic sciences, health sciences or relevant area is required
  • 2 + years of work experience in a related position such as medical education and/or product launch implementation
  • Aptitude to learn areas of continuing professional education, adult education principles, and instructional design.
  • Clinical acumen and relationship building abilities
  • Collaborative mindset and project participation and management while working remotely
  • Willingness and ability to travel (30-40%)

  • Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $98,019 - $147,029. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
