Student Assistant - Strategy

Do you want to understand how strategy works in a global company – not just in theory, but in practice?

We are looking for a student to support our Strategy & Commercial Excellence team at Atos Medical. You will help us communicate strategy clearly and support internal events and presentations. The role is based in our Hyllie office, and you should be available to work 16–20 hours per week. You should have 1–2 years left of your studies.

About the role

In this role, you will support how we present and communicate our strategy internally. You will work with slide material, event coordination, and follow-up from workshops and meetings.

Your tasks will include:

• Preparing and updating presentations
• Turning complex content into clear and easy-to-understand slides
• Supporting planning and coordination of internal events (physical and digital)
• Managing practical details before and after meetings and workshops
• Keeping materials structured and up to date

Some tasks will be creative. Others will be repetitive and administrative. Accuracy and reliability are important.

About you

You are currently studying Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field, and have 1–2 years left of your program.

You:

• Are structured and pay attention to details
• Enjoy making content clear and visually appealing
• Can manage practical tasks and logistics independently
• Are comfortable working in PowerPoint
• Are curious about how strategy and business decisions are communicated
• Speak and write English fluently

You are based in Sweden and able to work from our Hyllie office.
