We’re seeking a driven and strategic professional to champion the Coloplast Wound Care Total Value Proposition, bringing together innovative products, ONPOS solutions, education and services that make a real difference to patient outcomes. In this influential role as Healthcare Partnership Manager in London, you’ll forge strong relationships with clinicians, ICS leaders, and procurement specialists, while identifying growth opportunities and developing creative strategies that support sustainable sales. Key Responsibilities

  • Promoting and selling the Coloplast Wound Care Total Value Proposition – encompassing products, ONPOS, education, and services to NHS leaders at all levels.
  • Developing creative strategies to influence accounts, identify growth opportunities, and drive sustainable sales.
  • Building strong relationships with NHS specialists, senior clinicians, ICS leaders, and procurement professionals.
  • Staying informed about the evolving NHS landscape to craft proposals that align with national objectives.
  • Championing ONPOS (non-prescription accounts) by managing existing accounts and ensuring sustainable service use.
  • Collaborating with Territory Managers to grow Key Accounts and formulary listings.
  • Identifying and developing partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and product advocates.
  • Leading monthly business reviews and delivering on agreed actions to achieve strategic goals.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience working with NHS organisations, CCGs, or primary care networks (PCNs).
  • Knowledge of NHS financial flows and key account management.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • A passion for innovation in healthcare and a results-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of the Wound Care environment (preferred but not essential).
  • A valid driving license.
