We are looking for a part time experienced Nurse with strong clinical expertise, passion, and commitment to deliver high‑quality community care services across the GESH group, mainly the Epsom area. This role involves close collaboration with our acute partners and supporting patients within the surrounding community settings. The successful candidate will ideally be based in or around Epsom and will work 3 days a week (including Tuesday & Wednesday).

We are seeking a Nurse who is self‑driven, proactive, and solutions‑focused.

 

The Role

  • Deliver professional, compassionate, and ethical care to patients
  • Lead and deliver TWOC clinics and provide expert ISC education and support.
  • Catheterise both male and female patients safely and competently.
  • Support patients with long-term urology and continence needs through a Chronic Care approach.
  • Plan, manage, and organise caseload and time effectively and efficiently
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, carers, and referring healthcare professionals
  • Undertake Appliance Use Reviews (AURs) in accordance with company and Department of Health guidance
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in line with Company, Legal, and Professional standards
  • Support joined‑up working practices between acute teams, community services, and other stakeholders
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with healthcare professionals across the GESH region
  • Deliver education and training to fellow healthcare professionals
  • Participate in service evaluation, audit, and development activities
  • Engage with ongoing training and development, including future upskilling in Peristeen

 

The Requirements

  • Registered General Nurse
  • Nursing Degree qualified
  • Male and female catheterisation experience essential
  • Stoma Care experience is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills
  • Experience in teaching or delivering education
  • Confident IT user
