Manufacturing Analyst

Manufacturing Analyst 

US Kitting:


  • US Kitting department maturity – ensure all E1 processes are working as intended and implement changes together with ERP/IT groups to ensure proper functionality
  • Conduct periodic reviews of storage and layout designs to ensure proper flow and reduce bottlenecks
  • Monitor all KPI’s related to Delivery, Quality and Service to ensure excellence
  • Provide regular reports and data analysis on kit builds as it relates to department KPI’s
  • Perform regular cycle counts on Kitting/Endo items to ensure we comply with year end count requirements
  • Design and implement GOLD into the US Kitting department as well as daily visuals to track performance
  • Assist in Quality inspections on in-progress and completed kit builds as well as rework projects
  • Determine and suggest appropriate staffing, space, and timing needs on all rework projects
  • Proper handling of special instructions/orders
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Provides feedback to the supervisor or manager on any assembly/process issues that impact quality or production
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager


Global Operations Lean Development (GOLD):

  • Act as the Atlanta DC GOLD representative to ensure are tasks are being performed according to standards
  • Create and maintain GOLD training material and ensure new hires/current associates receive proper training
  • Conduct 6s Audits, and GEMBA walks as prescribed under the global standard
  • Follow up on submitted CIP/GEMBA submissions and form corrective actions. Be able to lead various projects as a result from CIP/GEMBA submissions
  • Design and implement GOLD into the US Kitting department
  • Perform various administrative functions related to GOLD (board updates, data collection, training, etc)
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager

Education And/Or Experience:

  • Two years of work experience in a manufacturing environment (relative education will count toward work experience)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
