Customer Service Specialist

Your work assignments
As Customer Service Specialist, you are responsible for daily interaction with B2B customer, and your tasks include:
- ensuring high-quality support to customer queries
- reception of sales orders
- processing of consignment orders
- researching and resolving customer complaints
- supervising invoicing processes, credit/debit corrections, including EDI invoices
- daily contact with Distribution, Collections, Sales team, our Business Center in Poland and other internal departments to support and optimize order fulfilment and related processes
- cooperation with freight companies
- tenders & quotations preparation and submission
Qualifications and experience
- Customer oriented and with excellent communication skills
- Structured and pro- active in problem solving
- Able to organize and prioritize effectively
- Fluent in Portuguese and high level of English
- Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle E1 is an advantage)
- Good level of Microsoft Office knowledge
- Experience in tenders is an advantage
- Experience in consignment handling is an advantage
