Customer Service Specialist

Do you have the ability to provide outstanding customer service and can keep on top of administrative tasks? Your work assignments

As Customer Service Specialist, you are responsible for daily interaction with B2B customer, and your tasks include:

• ensuring high-quality support to customer queries
• reception of sales orders
• processing of consignment orders
• researching and resolving customer complaints 
• supervising invoicing processes, credit/debit corrections, including EDI invoices
• daily contact with Distribution, Collections, Sales team, our Business Center in Poland and other internal departments to support and optimize order fulfilment and related processes
• cooperation with freight companies
• tenders & quotations preparation and submission

Qualifications and experience

• Customer oriented and with excellent communication skills
• Structured and pro- active in problem solving
• Able to organize and prioritize effectively
• Fluent in Portuguese and high level of English
• Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle E1 is an advantage)
• Good level of Microsoft Office knowledge
• Experience in tenders is an advantage
• Experience in consignment handling is an advantage
