The Product Manager Downstream Marketing Europe is responsible of the marketing product strategy of the  single-use portfolio which will drive the growth of this business. The marketing strategy includes all the aspects of B2B marketing.

 

Mission

  • Design and execute the marketing strategy of the single-use portfolio in urology (focus on BPH-treatment) in Europe with qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Create a strong relationship with key opinion leaders in medical area.
  • Define and lead the strategy to develop the business in Europe according to the company objectives.
  • Articulate the action plan to execute the marketing strategy from market analysis to event management with the various stakeholders (IMC (Marcom), RA, Compliance, Medical, upstream teams, commercial, finance, comex…)
  • Coordinate forecast, manage budget and design value propositions.
  • Collaborate to the professional education curriculum and can contribute to endourology marketing activities.

 

Profil

  • Master’s degree in marketing and/or medical with 3-4 years of experience in healthcare, regulated environment.
  • Fluent in English and an ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Working relationships with individuals inside & outside the organization with ethical integrity.
  • Demonstrates a continuous desire to understand, learn with an extremely high attention to details and follow through.
  • Effective organizational, analytical, creative, and critical thinking skills and passionate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office: advanced of PowerPoint, AdobePro and knowledge with Cvent.
