Are you a hands-on digital and website marketing professional with a can-do attitude and willing to drive digital campaigns and use the website as part of the customer journey?

Coloplast AB is looking for an Online Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll plan, execute, and manage digital marketing activities via the website to support our marketing and commercial strategies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align global strategies with local activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website owner: Designs, implements, develops, tests, maintains and updates websites on the Coloplast owned IT platforms.
  • Campaign Management: Execute marketing campaigns involving online promotion, email campaigns via Coloplast systems, online data capture and post email surveys.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Enhance user experiences on the website by refining the customer journey and addressing possibilities for ongoing improvements.
  • Performance Tracking & Analytics: Develops, analyzes and reports website usage/ on-line results (traffic) of web-based campaigns and communications.
  • Administration: Provides overall administration of websites at local level. Assures web server and site technical performance. Responsible for the technical troubleshooting and liaison with internal relevant stakeholders
  • Website management: Manages and implements email campaigns, routine content and ad hoc publishing on the website.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team, Nordic teams, HQ and other stakeholders to align on goals and share best practices.

 

Your Profile:
We’re looking for a self-starter with an operational and supportive mindset. You enjoy working independently while collaborating effectively with others. You are an operational, detail-oriented and analytical person and you enjoy working in teams.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Interactive Media, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in client-side web development, web interface and design, content management system customization.
  • Solid knowledge of medical terminology/technology preferred.
  • Strong understanding of implementation technologies, and how to design and implement website updates.
  • Possess written and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen, articulate and advocate best practice solutions.
  • Experience building large scale, multi-site environments with shared content repositories and template systems.
  • Familiarity with creative tools such as Photoshop and InDesign is an advantage.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English, with Swedish proficiency suitable for creating professional content.
