工作摘要/目的Job Summary / Purpose

根据公司开发计划，开发目标医院，日常拜访客户，配合临床客户搭建项目团队，及时收集患者信息，筛选患者进行产品派样，做好患者教育及回访，指导患者正确使用公司产品，协同经销商做好临床工作，完成个人业务指标。   

主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities

有效实施公司开发计划，完成个人业务指标；

维护经销商关系，维护临床客户，保持长期良好的合作关系，并为临床客户及患者提供专业的产品服务; 及时反馈并解决问题；

产品派样，收集患者信息，筛选优质患者，做好患者教育，必要时拜访患者；

指导患者如何正确使用公司产品；

每月核实经销商终端销量并提醒经销商上报数据流向，做好记录；

按时上交公司及领导要求的各类工作计划及报表；

   

任职资格Job Qualifications

专科及以上学历

护理、医药、临床医学等相关专业

5年及以上临床药品、耗材等销售经验

有新产品进院开发经验或有良好客户资源（耳鼻喉科、头颈外科）

有物价收费准入经验优先

有外企工作经验优先

有手术跟台经验优先
