You will join our Sales and Operations Planning team at our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark. Here, you will be warmly welcomed by 9 close colleagues who collaborate daily to explore capacity, shape our planning practices, and make global supply chain decisions that ensure continued progress within Coloplast.

 

As a team, we thus play a key role in making critical decisions that impact our global capacity and manufacturing footprint, encompassing manufacturing sites and product brands. Additionally, we are responsible for establishing global inventory targets, steering the global inventory governance process, and driving our global manufacturing footprint process.

Driving Transfer planning across manufacturing sites
As a Transfer Planning Manager, you will be working on securing seamless supplies and superior delivery performance throughout extensive transfers across manufacturing sites. You do this by facilitating solid transfer planning, identifying and driving deliverables through the team and in close collaboration with colleagues across manufacturing sites and multiple functions.

 

More specifically, you will be looking at current production setup, machine capacity, inventory planning, and through the transfer planning and ensure that all Global Supply Chain Planning activities are managed and completed while maintaining superior delivery performance.

 

Doing so, you will work closely with various stakeholders, combining team facilitation, project planning and execution into airtight transfer planning. 

 

Your key tasks include:

•    Aligning your key deliverables and transfer plans with leaders across functions and manufacturing sites and travel up to 25 days a year.
•    Build and drive transfer plans with project team, explore scenarios, facilitate and drive replanning activities.
•    Identify risk and recommend mitigation actions to ensure transfers remains on track while ensuring superior delivery performance.
•    Align and track transfer inventory build-up and ensure Steering Committee “go” for actual transfer initiations.
•    Engaging in development and launch projects impacting or being impacted by the transfers and ensure full alignment on potential consequences and actions required.

 

You are a collaborative and curious planning professional    
Working closely with colleagues who value teamwork, you will need to share our belief in collaboration and be eager to pitch in and share your ideas and knowledge. Moreover, you will need to excel at stakeholder management and know how to navigate a project organization where you work across functions and cultures.

 

We also imagine that you:
•    Have several years of experience with supply chain processes, Sales and Operations Planning or transfer planning
•    Have a degree in production, supply chain management or similar
•    Are adept at analysis
•    Have a sound business understanding and solid stakeholder management capabilities
•    Speak and write English effortlessly
