We set the direction for Bowel Care globally
Joining us in Humlebæk, Denmark, you will become part of the Bowel Care organisation, which consists of colleagues dedicated to bringing this business area forward. Here, we have all competencies gathered – from marketing professionals, product managers, business development to colleagues with various clinical backgrounds.
We are – among other things – responsible for setting the direction of all Bowel Care commercial initiatives across all channels, including global launches of products and services that make a difference to people with intimate healthcare needs. Our ambition in Bowel Care is to help people with faecal incontinence or chronic constipation to effectively manage their conditions – giving them the confidence to live life to the fullest.
By joining this team, you will be part of an exciting growth journey as you help set the direction for how our frontline will engage with healthcare professionals.
Your tasks:
- Set the direction for how we train our Sales organisation to effectively sell the Bowel Care portfolio
- Be responsible for creating training programmes related to key commercial initiatives such as product launches for our Sales organisation
- Work closely together with all our different subsidiaries and support them on execution of new product launches, marketing campaigns etc.
- Collaborate closely with different departments in HQ, the rest of the Bowel Care organisation, different external agencies, and all the subsidiaries
- Track launch performance of campaign effectiveness and create learning loops to secure the continuous improvement of commercial activities
- Administer budgets as well as work with sales analyses
- Stay close with field salesforce in subsidiaries to ensure effective implementation
In addition, you will participate in congresses, sales meetings and act as a strong partner for our subsidiaries, which will take you travelling about 20-30 days per year.
We imagine that you:
• Have experience with developing sales training programs and material within B2B
• Are an ambitious professional who thrives working both operationally and strategically with sales training
• Have worked with learning and development
• Have practical experience with conducting training of sales reps / mgrs.
• Have project management experience in a global company
• Have demonstrated solid relationship-building and stakeholder management skills to secure a strong dialogue and cooperation with our local subsidiaries and HQ departments
• Speak and write English fluently – other languages are a plus (Danish is not a requirement)
• Have actual sales experience, ideally, however not a pre-requisite
• Have minimum 3 years of working experience with Sales Excellence / Sales Training or similar function
