Become part of a large team with likeminded specialists 
At our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will become part of the IP Administration team in Group IP. Group IP consists of 22 colleagues based in Humlebæk, Denmark, Stettin, Poland, and Minneapolis, USA, and covers intellectual property worldwide, across all business areas.

Applications, renewals and exciting projects

  • You will spend most of your time working with optimisation and administration of our trademark and design portfolio. This includes: 
  • Filing and prosecuting applications, corresponding with authorities and foreign agents along the way 
  • Maintaining and updating our IP management system and databases
  • Handling renewals
  • Creating and optimising procedures and templates 
  • Supporting our global trademark manager 


Are you experienced in trademark and design administration?
The ability to work systematically with a strong attention to detail and good communication and collaboration skills will be key to your success in this position. At the same time, you must possess the ability to work independently and be highly organised, ensuring that no processes are left unstructured or unfinished. 


Furthermore, we imagine that you: 

  • Have 3-5 years of experience with trademark and design administration, preferably from private practice 
  • Have worked with large and international trademark portfolios 
  • Are fluent in English


It is a plus if you have achieved a certification as a European Trademark and Design Attorney, Qualified Trademark Administrator (QTMA) or similar.
