Join our brand new Test Engineering team 
At our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark, a newly established and still growing team of 4 is eagerly awaiting to welcome you onboard. We are an integral part of Test & Characterisation within R&D where we lead the design and documentation of test methods. We are also responsible for ensuring that our test methods are implemented around the world.

From early-stage concepts to final product 
As a test engineer, you will be assigned to various development projects where you will be responsible for the test method strategy, test method development as well as test method documentation. Here, you will work closely with other parts of the Innovation unit, Production and QA as you design test methods that enable the right choices to be made in regards to product design with the user in mind.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Developing and documenting test methods and – if needed – transferring the methods and related test equipment to our pilot or a manufacturing sites across the world
  • Keeping track of needed test methods and documentation in your projects and ensuring that deadlines are kept
  • Assisting in the ongoing maintenance of test methods implemented in our production
  • Helping troubleshoot laboratory equipment and assisting in the purchase of new equipment
  • Supporting the training of colleagues in test methods and procedures


A background in science and an interest in test methodologies
You are the right fit for this position because you know how to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and always meet your deadlines. Your style of communication is to the point, and you thrive on teamwork and cross-functional cooperation.

 

  • We are open to any level of experience, but do imagine that you:
  • Hold a degree in engineering, e.g. within mechanics, physics, chemistry, pharmacy or similar
  • Have a good amount of inherent creativity that allows you to create new test methods and set-ups
  • Bring knowledge of statistics and statistical software related to test method validation (e.g.
  • Gauge R&R analysis)
  • Have an analytical approach to the development of new test methods and know how to optimise existing test methods and equipment
  • Speak and write English fluently


Lastly, it is a plus, but by no means a requirement, if you have experience from the medical or MedTech industry.
