12-Month Temporary Laboratory Technician – Adhesive & Wound Care Testing

Are you passionate about starting your career as a laboratory technician, working hands-on to develop products that improve lives for people with intimate healthcare needs?

Join our Adhesive & Actives Laboratory team in Humlebæk for a 12-month temporary position, where you’ll work closely with experienced scientists, technicians, and engineers to bring life-changing solutions to market.

“In our lab, your hands-on skills directly influence the products that help people live fuller, more confident lives. Every test and prototype you touch has a real-world impact — and that’s what makes our work so meaningful,” says Team Manager Adhesive & Actives Testing, Mads Lind Knudsen.

Bring your creativity and technical expertise to life
We provide both the critical evidence needed for product documentation and the hands-on insights that drive innovation. From early development stages to product launch support, our laboratory delivers reliable, structured results — with a creative edge.
Our work is primarily focused on physical testing of materials and prototypes, rather than chemical analysis or pipette-based laboratory work. If you enjoy hands-on experimentation and mechanical problem-solving, you’ll thrive in our lab environment.

Make a Hands-On Impact as a Laboratory Technician
As part of our team, you will receive thorough training in a series of test methods and take part in developing new methods for upcoming projects alongside our Test Engineer team.

In this role, you will work with:
•    Hands-on testing of new product prototypes
•    Supporting the development and validation of test methods
•    Performance testing of existing products
•    Assisting with laboratory optimization and equipment maintenance

Who are you?
We are looking for a proactive and structured laboratory technician who is excited to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. You can plan your own time and tasks and enjoy contributing to a strong team spirit.

You should:
•    Have an education as a Laboratory Technician (Laborant)
•    Work systematically and take responsibility for delivering accurate documentation
•    Feel comfortable working with physical and analytical test methods
•    Be fluent in Danish and/or English

It’s a plus if you:
•    Have experience or coursework related to polymers, adhesives, or foams
•    Have familiarity with dynamic mechanical analysis (e.g., Rheometer)
