We are looking for a Jr. Assistant to join our high-performing international team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a role supporting a truly global supply chain.

The Supply Chain Excellence team is a key function within Global Supply Chain with the responsibility of developing the Coloplast Supply Chain globally. We are responsible for securing our Supply Chain systems- and processes are best-in-class and fit for the future. To succeed in the role, it is important you have a good understanding of supply chain processes, systems and data and an interest in supporting global initiatives. 


What You Will Be Doing

As part of our Supply Chain Excellence team, you will support projects and ongoing activities with various tasks to ensure progress. 

 

Your key responsibilities include:

•    Supporting our project managers on global supply chain projects, e.g. preparing presentations, helping to facilitate workshops, and taking ownership of various project deliverables.

•    Perform ad-hoc data analysis and scenario planning to support decision-making when needed.
•    
•    Support documentation and the development of our PMO toolbox
•    
•    Support the global process changes with documentation, training materials and helping to frame the training strategy/contents
•    
•    Help to establish solid platforms for our various communities i.e. Superusers, change ambassadors and alike

We seek a collaborative individual with drive, eagerness to learn and a global mindset. You are highly motivated, structured, analytical and curious. You have great communication skills and the ability to present complex material in a structured and simplistic manner. 

You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy collaborating with colleagues from different cultural and professional backgrounds.

 

We expect you:

•    Are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree within Supply Chain, Production, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

•    Have strong communication and PowerPoint skills.

•    Possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills. 

•    Have an ability to think standards with a global mindset

•    Are comfortable working with data and systems.

•    Write and speak English fluently (Danish is not required).

•    Show an open-minded, proactive, and collaborative attitude with a willingness to take ownership.
