We're looking for a Student Assistant to join our Global Quality Life Cycle Management team at Coloplast's headquarters in Humlebæk. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience within product quality, testing, sterilization, packaging, and continuous improvement while working alongside experienced specialists.

 

The job 
At Coloplast, we develop products and services that make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs. In Global Quality Life Cycle Management, we help ensure that our products continue to meet high standards of quality, safety, and performance throughout their lifecycle.


In this role, you will support testing activities, data collection, documentation, and quality-related tasks, while gaining hands-on experience in a global medical device company. 

 

As our new Student Assistant, you will support a variety of activities across quality and product lifecycle management, including: 
•    Supporting product testing and evaluation activities 
•    Assisting with stability studies, testing and analysis of test results
•    Supporting quality improvement initiatives and investigations 
•    Collecting, organizing, and analyzing technical data 
•    Assisting with activities related to sterilization and microbiological testing on a weekly basis 
•    Supporting packaging preparation and handling
•    Contributing to report and documentation preparation
•    Supporting ad hoc projects and other team activities, as needed

 

You will become part of a collaborative team where knowledge sharing and continuous improvement are part of everyday work. We will provide the training and support needed to help you succeed, while giving you increasing responsibility as you develop in the role.

 

The position combines a mix of structured, recurring tasks with varied project-related activities. We are therefore looking for someone who enjoys working in a systematic and detail-oriented way, values delivering high-quality results, and is motivated to learn and contribute across different areas of quality and product lifecycle management.

 

The position is approximately 10 - 15 hours per week, with flexibility around your studies. During the summer period, there may be opportunities for additional working hours. We will plan your workdays together and we are flexible during exam and holiday periods.

 

Who you are
•    Self-driven, structured and detail-oriented in your work 
•    Have a strong interest in quality assurance, analysis and documentation 
•    Enjoy hands-on testing and data collection
•    Enjoy documenting results and ensuring information is accurate, consistent, and easy to follow
•    Can work independently while also collaborating effectively with others 
•    Are curious, proactive, and eager to learn 

 

What you bring
•    You are studying for a degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Microbiology or a related field, and have at least 2 years left of your studies
•    You have experience working with Excel, and are an experienced user of Word and PowerPoint
•    You communicate effortless in English, as English is our corporate language
