Student Assistant - Training Content Coordinator

At our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join our Commercial Process Management team, which focuses on connecting the business with our commercial digital teams. Your daily work will be with our dedicated colleagues in our CRM and Digital platform teams, meaning you will be working with cutting-edge platforms such as Genesys and Salesforce.

This part-time position (15-20 hours weekly) offers flexibility to accommodate your studies. You will report to the Head of Commercial Process Management.

Responsibilities:

• Keep training materials relevant: Collaborate with IT product owners to create, deliver, and revise training materials for accuracy and relevance. Identify and close gaps in existing materials.
• Manage training platform: Own and maintain the DD&IT SharePoint training universe, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible for all users.
• Perform key operational tasks end-to-end: Key to solving your task, you will learn and perform the operational standards, i.e. hands-on experience within Salesforce, Genesys, and other state of the art commercial platforms.
• Support commercial adoption: Support our business partners as well as internal DD&IT support teams by solving training related user requests and sharing relevant material
• Collaborate with stakeholders: As you grow in the role, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and shape the position along the way. This position can also be a pathway to a future career at Coloplast.

Requirements:

• You are well into your bachelor’s degree or about to start your master’s within e.g. Business Administration, Information Technology, Communication or a related discipline.
• Strong business understanding and commercial mindset with a flair for technology
• Excellent stakeholder management skills towards commercial users and technical teams
• Be excited to work with and explore new opportunities in IT platforms and training tools
• Be a strong team player who can initiate and complete tasks independently
• Have an analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English written and spoken – Danish is not a requirement

The key to success is your eagerness to learn, open-minded personality, and strong stakeholder management and planning skills.
