At our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join Commercial Supply Chain - a high performing team of 15 international colleagues split into three areas, Forecasting & Performance, Supply Chain Analytics and our team of Senior Supply Chain Business Managers. As part of the Forecasting & Performance team, you and 6 dedicated colleagues work with our global volume forecasting processes and follow up on forecasting performance.
Together, we ensure a high-quality volume forecast used for planning the production of our products for people with intimate health care needs. In this role you will collaborate closely with the other members of the forecasting & performance team, but also with stakeholders across our global organization in sales regions, subsidiaries, Marketing, and Commercial Finance.
The position as Student Assistant is part time with 15-20 hours weekly and will refer to Head of Forecasting & Performance.

The forecasting team is a central function within our Global Supply Chain where we work on the foundation for a well-functioning Supply Chain in Coloplast. To succeed in the role, it is important you have interest and flair for working with big datasets and complex systems and can transform data into valuable insights.

Your key tasks will include:
- Work with volume forecast across all business areas and sales regions
- Validate and upload forecast of new launches and market expansions into our end-to-end planning system OMP+
- Develop reporting in PowerBI and Excel to support the forecasting process and validation of the forecast
- Support the team with various tasks, for example by creating/updating management presentations

Finally, we see that you
- Are about to start your Master’s degree within supply chain management, engineering, or finance and have at least 2 years of studies left.
- Willingness to learn how our global end-to-end planning system (OMP+) works, with focus on sales volume forecasting
- Speak and write English at a high level, to enable communication worldwide (Danish is not a requirement)
- Display drive and have strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Have strong Excel skills, and if you do not already have experience with Power BI, your flair for new systems and tools ensures that you can easily get to know the data visualization tool
