Join Us: Continence Care Pipeline & Portfolio 
At our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join the Continence Care Pipeline & Portfolio team. Our team manages and owns the full product lifecycle in Continence Care, from early idea generation and innovation through global market launch to product discontinuation. Our work spans short-, mid-, and long-term innovation initiatives, as well as lifecycle management of existing solutions.

Build your commercial understanding and competencies
As a Student Assistant, you will work approximately 15–20 hours per week and support the team across a variety of activities. You will gain exposure to a broad range of topics by collaborating closely with experienced colleagues across functions, supporting portfolio and pipeline initiatives, and contributing to projects that help shape the future of Continence Care.

Your key focus will be to support the team's activities and contribute to projects that drive innovation and portfolio development in Continence Care. Tasks will vary but are likely to include:
•    Supporting the development of competitive product positioning and claims for marketing and sales activities
•    Collecting and analysing customer feedback and market insights
•    Supporting commercial forecasting activities across innovation projects
•    Assisting with day-to-day team activities, including maintaining SharePoint content, managing product samples, and supporting workshops

We imagine that you:  
•    Are currently studying a bachelor's or master’s degree within business, marketing, innovation or a related field
•    Have strong organisational skills and enjoy coordinating tasks across different projects
•    Possess strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data, including Excel
•    Take ownership of your work and follow through on your commitments
•    Are fluent in English, Danish is not required   
•    Possibly have some first working experience 


On top of that you are curious and eager to learn, always looking to develop new skills and take on new challenges. You enjoy working in an international environment, collaborating with colleagues across functions, and contributing ideas that help move projects forward.
