Student Assistant - Business Analyst, Partner Markets

Chronic Care Partner Markets 

Based at our headquarters in Humlebæk, the Chronic Care Partner Markets team drives Coloplast's Ostomy Care and Continence Care business across international markets through distributor partnerships. Working closely with partners across Central & Eastern Europe and North Africa, we support commercial growth through business development, commercial excellence and strategic initiatives. This model gives you a unique view of how global priorities and local execution come together to create sustainable growth and improve access to solutions for people with intimate healthcare needs. 
 

Develop your commercial and financial understanding 

What we offer:  

• First-hand insights into the distributor partnership model and the commercial drivers of performance in local healthcare markets 
• Hands-on experience supporting business development, commercial excellence and strategic initiatives 
• Exposure to financial planning, reporting and collaboration with P&L owners in a global company

You will work 15–20 hours per week alongside experienced colleagues and P&L owners, helping turn data into insights that support commercial decision-making. 

Your key focus will be to support recurring performance processes and provide analytics that help the team understand commercial developments and make informed decisions. Tasks will vary but are likely to include: 

• Supporting monthly and quarterly business performance reviews 
• Conducting sales and portfolio analyses across Partner Markets 
• Supporting commercial forecasting and business recommendations 
• Preparing reports, analyses and presentations for management discussions 
• Contributing to ad hoc analyses and reporting tool improvements

We imagine that you:   

• Are studying finance, accounting, international business or a related field (late bachelor or early master level) 
• Are highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus 
• Have an interest in financial reporting, analysis and business performance 
• Bring strong analytical skills and a structured way of working 
• Are comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams and markets 
• Are fluent in English; Danish is not required 

On top of that, you are curious and eager to learn. You enjoy getting into the detail of a business question, can communicate your findings clearly, and are motivated by working in an international environment where priorities can move quickly.
