Do you want to help shape the future of sales at Coloplast? We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Sales Excellence Manager to further strengthen our global commercial capabilities and elevate how we enable our sales teams to perform at their best.
Working as a Senior Sales Excellence Manager you are close to the management teams in our markets and interact with people all over the world as well as key stakeholders in HQ.
In this role, you will be a key driver of our global sales concept, GPS360, helping our field teams across the world improve customer engagement and performance. You will partner closely with local sales leaders, trainers, and global colleagues to ensure our methodologies, tools, and trainings are impactful, relevant, and effectively implemented.
You will also lead the rollout and content development for our new digital learning platform, ensuring that our training efforts are future-ready, scalable, and seamlessly integrated into our ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
• Further develop and implement GPS360, our global sales excellence concept, tailored to both Sales Managers and Territory Managers.
• Drive the successful rollout and integration of Sales Enablement Platform, including development and continuous improvement of engaging, digital training content.
• Design and deliver training programs that strengthen sales and engagement skills, support behavior change, and drive adoption of tools and methodologies.
• Partner with Sales Directors and Field Teams to embed KPIs and performance metrics into daily routines and ensure local execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global and local teams to ensure alignment of training content with business needs and commercial strategy.
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness and implementation progress, identifying areas for improvement and best practice sharing.
This role includes approximately 30–40 travel days per year, supporting global rollout and close collaboration with local markets.
What You Bring:
• 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, sales excellence, sales enablement, or sales training – ideally in a global or regional role within MedTech or Pharma.
• Solid understanding of sales processes and customer engagement strategies, ideally within B2B or healthcare environments.
• Experience designing and delivering effective training programs, both in-person and digitally.
• Strong familiarity with learning platforms and a genuine interest in digital enablement.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across functions, levels, and cultures.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to drive initiatives from idea to execution.
• Fluent in English – other languages are a plus.
