Welcome to Treasury & Risk
In Corporate Finance, you will find our Treasury & Risk team where Per Michael, a treasury specialist and a senior insurance specialist are ready to welcome you. Together, we work across the organization to handle financial cash management, financial risk, insurance, and enterprise risk management.

A diverse portfolio of tasks related to risk management and insurance 
In this role, you will be responsible not only for identifying risk but also mitigating it in relation to insurance and other ways. You will have some clearly defined tasks and administrative duties within quarterly risk reporting to our management, and you will be responsible for the Crisis Management Plan, and manage the set-up, training, and communication. Travel Risk management and Corporate Travel Risk Policy is a part of this.


Collaborating and communicating with the other teams in Corporate Finance, the Business Centre as well as across borders with colleagues and subsidiaries, you will:

 

  • Handle the risk reporting process in relation to our CFO, Executive Leadership Team, Audit Committee, and our Board of Directors
  • Negotiate and manage our global insurance program, our global broker and broker network as well as our annual insurance renewal process on Group insurance lines
  • Be responsible for travel risk management and corporate travel risk policy

 

Experience in either insurance or risk management
It is important that you can develop this area with limited supervision and make it your own on a day-to-day basis. You see your tasks through and take a methodical approach to each one as no two tasks are 100 % alike. Moreover, you know that risk is not only about numbers but also about people. And you are not afraid to handle the more personal cases coming our way.

 

Finally, we imagine that you:

  • Have a degree within financial/insurance/risk management
  • Have experience in either insurance or risk management and knowledge of the insurance market and products – in a broad sense
  • Have great communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Are curious about how IT can be used as a risk management tool to work smarter
  • Are fluent in English
