Join us to lead global research and development projects from start to finish. This is a unique chance to leave your mark on tomorrow’s medical devices and help improve the lives of people with intimate health care needs.

In this important role, you will help bring innovative products to the market and get complete project ownership while guiding your project teams to success.

Join our Innovation Project Management Department
At our HQ in Humlebæk, you will join the Project Management team along with 15 dedicated technical project managers. As part of Innovation R&D, we drive and participate in new product development projects within ostomy, continence, wound and skin care.

With an increasing number of R&D projects, we need more project managers to set the direction for the Product Development work stream – from early concepting and design to solution lock and the final launch. This involves creating a product development plan and leading your cross-functional team to develop innovative medical devices, which are optimized for manufacturing and compliant with regulatory standards.

This means that you:

  • Drive execution of the concept and product development tasks
  • Ensure that the agreed KPIs are met, and you will apply best project management practices to lead and steer the team members safely through all stages of the project
  • Ensure the deliveries follow our stage gate model
  • Carry out stakeholder management and ensure effective communication with all the cross-functional business partners to ensure clarity and satisfaction
  • Contribute to the PM Department’s continuous improvement initiatives

In addition to your your knack for project management, you will also need strong leadership skills to motivate your team to perform their best.

As a successful candidate:
