Ambitious digital and technology agenda at the center of Coloplast’s new 5-year strategy
Coloplast, one of the world’s leading med-tech companies, just launched a new 5-year strategy called Impact4. The strategy includes significant investments into two new transformational technology programs aimed at delivering next-level user experiences for chronic patients and driving up scalability within global manufacturing.
We call this ‘Impact through technology’, and to deliver on the ambitious targets, we will be looking for 40+ new colleagues for our Digital, Data & IT organization over the next 18 months. A role that spans the business, technical teams and HQ functions
Based at our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join our Digital Customer Solutions area, where we strive to deliver exceptional CRM and customer solutions with a strong emphasis on Salesforce implementation. In this role, you will own and drive initiatives from the portfolio, creating business value to stakeholders and bridging the business, technical teams and HQ functions.
You will be working in close collaboration and partnership with our Chronic Care organization ensuring the strategically important new development and enhancements of the Salesforce platform. But your role will also have a hands-on element in taking initiatives from analysis to refinement, solutioning, testing and final implementation, creating value end-to-end across platforms.
Moreover, you will build trusting relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams across multiple geographic locations as you:
- Support prioritization of incoming requirements and user stories.
- Plan according to our agile setup and ensure involvement from relevant teams and stakeholders, collaborating closely with HQ colleagues across commercial functions and IT.
- Gather commercial CRM requirements from commercial stakeholders and translate these into intuitive and descriptive user stories enabling solutions from the technical team and our developers.
- Ensure final testing of user stories for correct quality assurance for production deployment, and subsequently do demos to stakeholders for correct adaptation of new functionality.
- Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks, and facilitate problem-solving and alignment discussions, propose solutions to decision-makers, and ensure effective communication.
Solid product owner experience and great stakeholder management skills
You are able to pair a strong business understanding and commercial mindset with a flair for technology. You use your excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly when collaborating with commercial users and technical teams. Moreover, you are good at taking an outside-in perspective, and you are a team player with excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
Finally, you:
- Most likely hold a master’s degree and most importantly have several years of experience from similar roles
- Have knowledge from working with Salesforce.com and/or other CRM systems
- Have solid experience with project planning and collaboration within a cross-functional team setup
- Have experience with project management tools such as JIRA
- Are fluent in English
