Set strategic direction on an ambitious Biatain Silicone growth journey 
We are looking for a new colleague in the Product Management team to lead the Biatain Silicone portfolio - our important product portfolio in our Wound & Skin Care business. 


Our Biatain Silicone portfolio has been growing significantly in the past few years, beating competition, and taking market share yet we believe that we can do even more. You will be joining an ambitious team where you will set the strategic direction of Biatain Silicone portfolio and act as global commercial lead, ensuring continued development of the portfolio by seeking profitable growth levers and actively engaging other teams to deliver relevant toolbox to local markets.

In addition, you are good at leading your own priorities, and can prioritize your work to ensure on time deliveries. You are able to articulate the strategy and project work towards the management team and are confident in presenting and explaining the rationale.

Product Management team consists of 3 product managers and 1 product portfolio support manager. We strive towards being very ambitious in everything we do, inclusive in our approach to culture and problem-solving, respectful with a high level of trust, while having fun along the way as we together ensure strong achievements. 


We have a high level of interaction across the organization (subsidiaries, other Global Marketing teams, Global Operations, R&D, etc.) to ensure successful implementation of our priorities. To be close to our customers and global colleagues, 20-30 days of travelling per year should be expected.

Furthermore, we imagine that you have: 

  • 5+ years of product management or marketing experience, within the MedTech industry and ideally with a combination of local & global roles. 
  • A master’s degree in marketing, business or equally relevant
  • Experience within the Wound & Skin Care industry is a clear advantage as well as experience within management consulting or in-house strategy development department. 
  • Strong analytic toolbox and sound problem-solving skills together with project management skills
  • A proven track record within development and execution of global and/or local marketing initiatives, ideally a track record of strong product launches
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) – ideally combined with one more language
