Develop and drive the Sustainability agenda in Coloplast’s supplier relationships
As part of our corporate sustainability strategy, Coloplast runs a Supplier Sustainability Programme. In the role as Senior Procurement Sustainability Manager, your primary focus will be to lead and to develop the program within direct and indirect Procurement in close co-operation with the Coloplast’s Sustainability department
Key elements of the Supplier Sustainability Programme are defined. Your responsibilities will include:
• Develop further on Coloplast supplier assessment and data collection in terms of supplier performance in social, ethical, and environmental issues incl. CO2 emissions.
• Monitor and report on the progress of the Supplier Sustainability Programme.
• Lead the development of optimal sustainable purchase policies in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Improve supplier selection guidelines with respect to sustainability metrics.
• Strengthen Coloplast’s sustainability communication and engagement towards suppliers in close collaboration with Coloplast’s Sustainability department.
• Train and engage procurement colleagues and relevant stakeholders around the world in relation to the Supplier Sustainability Programme.
The role is part of our Procurement Excellence department and in addition to the Sustainability Supplier Programme you will also be involved in other key activities aimed at improving ways of working and supporting the commercial procurement categories.
Become a part of Corporate Procurement
At Coloplast, you will join 55 experienced and engaged colleagues in Corporate Procurement where 25 are located at our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark. As a valued partner to the business, our procurement team is primarily responsible for securing and developing an optimal supplier portfolio for the global Coloplast production.
You will co-locate between Corporate Procurement and the Sustainability Department.
What is needed to succeed
You bring broad experience and expertise within sustainability in a procurement context. Further, you have:
• Experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies within Procurement.
• Strong analytical skills
• Robust expertise in corporate supply chain sustainability in an international setting
• Strong communication skills to achieve followship across functions and geographies
• A structured approach, and experience in developing methodology to collect, report and improve sustainability data collected from suppliers
• Process knowledge of anchoring new practices in organizations with high adaption and momentum
• Experience with project and stakeholder management
• Master’s degree in e.g. supply chain management, engineering or chemical engineering
This role will include up to 25 travel days per year.
