Join a function with global reach
At our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join our Procurement Excellence Function and a team of 25 fantastic procurement colleagues in an informal culture. Your day will however involve collaborating with 55 strategic procurement colleagues spread across 9 Coloplast locations and with other functions in Coloplast.

With an ambitious plan striving for procurement excellence, we are currently investing in digitalisation of our processes to enable value-driven decisions while protecting our business and ensuring scalability. At the same time, we are implementing New Ways of Working to maximize our impact.


You will be an important player in bringing this ambition to life.

 

Initiatives will include process standardization, system related work and improving data-foundation. You will work cross-geographically/functionally with our global teams and the two procurement teams located in Poland.

 

Your tasks will include:

 

  • Drive Procurement Development activities within the Global organization, incl. 
    • Scoping and managing Procurement Development projects, 
    • Provide analytical insights and gather business requirements 
    • Build a strong stakeholder network and navigate through cross-functional stakeholder management

 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to gather input relevant for the scoping and implementation of project

 

  • Continuous improvement and process documentation.

 

Experienced in change management and business development
It is vital that you are comfortable working on large projects in complex setups and able to simplify structures. You possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills. With digitalisation comes change management and will require your great people skills, enabling you to build sound relationships and create buy-in across teams and in the organisation.

 

Additionally, you:

 

  • Have a proven record of project management experience
  • Have min. 5 years’ experience with process and change management on an international level, possibly from a manufacturing company
  • Have excellent analytical skills and an ability to easily adapt to new technology
  • Possess a sound understanding of Supply Chain Management and Procurement enabling you to have the end-to-end perspective of the development initiatives  
  • May have experience in or knowledge of strategic procurement, category management, sourcing and contracting
  • Are fluent in English
