Senior Manager Pricing & Tender, Region Emerging Markets

 

We are looking for Senior Manager Pricing & Tender manager in Denmark who seeks to combine global and local work. As Senior Pricing & Tender Manager in Emerging Markets (EM), you will be part of an ambitious, high-performing and impactful EM Commercial Development Team, in one of the most vibrant, dynamic and diverse sales regions in the company. Your job will be to ensure that pricing is a key growth driver across EM and strengthen our ability to win tenders. The job is based in Denmark, and you need to be passionate about working in an international and highly multi-cultural environment.
 

Responsibilities

EM is on an exciting journey of building Emerging Market Countries, and we are looking to accelerate growth even further. Your main responsibility will be to:

  • Support markets and proactively drive pricing initiatives in EM markets to optimize channel- and customer-specific pricing in collaboration with our global Pricing & Trade function
  • Act as a business partner to EM leadership team to raise the bar for market’s pricing ambition and continuously analyze price development driving a structured tracking process
  • Map key tenders and work together with our markets to optimize local tender processes & strategies
  • Develop tender shaping framework and support local execution
  • Function as the interface between Emerging Markets countries and Global functions

 

Professional Experience

  • 5+ years of experience within pricing and tender management in an international organization, preferably pharmaceutical or medical devices
  • Education on master level within business management, economics, or similar fields
  • Strong project management skills, solid analytical toolbox and advanced proficiency of Microsoft Excel, Access, Power Point, Word and other key platforms
  • A strong level of analytical, quantitative, and qualitative analysis skills
  • Demonstrate an ability to manage and influence to ensure business objectives are met
  • Ability and ambition to travel minimum 50 days yearly – based on non-Covid19 influenced times

 

Personal Characteristics

We are looking for a team player with a strong personal drive and commercial mindset that want to create results together with the markets and can challenge our region to deliver growth. To be successful you need to have solid experience with tactical pricing and tender management and an analytical toolbox enabling you to identify growth opportunities and drive implementation.
