You will ensure that our new products are attractive and commercially viable
You will join a Pipeline Management team that is specialized in commercial project management, helping to define and scope user, clinical and payer needs in development projects for new innovative products and services. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for driving the commercial work streams of innovation projects. You will work in cross-functional teams, with the innovation project manager, clinical study-, health economics-, and marketing communication-specialists. You job is to ensure user- and market acceptance and fulfilment of commercial project objectives.


More specifically, you will:

  • Act as marketing commercial project-lead in cross-functional development teams with the responsibility for setting the commercial direction for new products and services
  • Be responsible for the global launch strategy; including development and testing of marketing strategy, definition of product claims to formulate a superior positioning, forecasting of sales ambition, etc.
  • Prepare project business cases to ensure an attractive commercial case
  • Work with customers, e.g., key opinion leaders, nurses, buyers and patients/users to collect customer insight to support commercial positioning for future product- and service development
  • Work with market access stakeholders such as the global market access team and reimbursement specialists to collect product category insights, supporting product claims, pricing recommendation and clinical/economic evidence
  • Have 20-30 travelling days a year, where you will meet customers and local market stakeholders, build relationships, facilitate workshops and discuss project plans within the relevant stakeholders

  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience with marketing, including a proven track record with cross-functional project management in an international setting
  • You have relevant experience within the pharma/medical device industry 
  • You hold a master’s degree in marketing, business or similar
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English - Danish language skills are not required
