What you will do

At Coloplast, market access is central to our mission of delivering clinically superior innovations. As healthcare systems evolve, our ability to provide compelling, data-driven value arguments to payers is more critical than ever.  Your role spans both strategic and operational levels. You’ll develop and execute Nordic market access strategies while also getting hands-on with local initiatives, ensuring tailored solutions for each market. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting Nordic health economic studies and surveys.
  • Leading local market access projects, especially for innovations without a set reimbursement pathway.
  • Supporting product launches with tailored market access plans.
  • Working directly with local teams to implement market access activities, including payer dialogues, data collection, and support for local reimbursement processes.
  • Disseminating findings via abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and presentations.
  • Contributing to evidence generation and planning.

You will join a team of driven specialists within Medical Affairs, Market Access and Tender Excellence, and collaborate closely with colleagues in local Commercial subsidiaries and with Global functions in HeadQuarter. You’ll work with a variety of evidence types including clinical trials, real-world data, user surveys, and digital health insights to build compelling value stories.

The role reports to Head of Nordic Payer & Evidence.  Your office location will preferably be at the Danish office in Coloplast HeadQuarter in Humlebæk, with the possibility and flexibility to work remotely part of the week. Some travel within the Nordic region is required.

Your success factors

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

  • Manage multiple projects across different Nordic countries while staying close to the operational details and local needs.
  • Deliver impactful health economic studies that influence payer decisions.
  • Translate scientific evidence into compelling value arguments.
  • Drive policy change initiatives and support local teams with data and messaging.
  • Build strong relationships with Nordic payers (e.g., TLV, HELFO) and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and experience

  • Master’s degree or higher in health sciences, health economics, public health, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in market access and health economics in the Nordic region, preferably from medical devices.
  • Proven track record in conducting and communicating health economic projects.
  • Deep understanding of Nordic healthcare reimbursement systems, including municipality reimbursement.
  • Experience with product launches and payer engagement, also at municipality level
  • Fluent in at least one Scandinavian language and English.
