Truly global marketing 
Joining us at our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark, you become part of our Continence Care Marketing department. Here, you will meet a great team of 8 fun and hard-working colleagues in charge of all our communication, including global launches of products and services that make a difference to people with intimate health care needs.

Explore new markets and innovative approaches
In this role, you will mainly be contributing to exciting product launches. Doing so, you will explore new opportunities for Continence Care, specifically looking at how we work with new potential markets as you try to figure out how we can establish new categories. 


This calls for a very consumer-centric approach where we want to add your expertise. In short, you will play in active role in ambitious projects, providing the marketing perspective as you work closely with the Coloplast organisation and our subsidiaries. 


Moreover, you will: 


  • Lead the development of our Brand Communication platform, supporting new product launches and leading campaigns and growth initiatives to ensure a global commercial impact 
  • Participate in multi-functional and cross-geographical launch teams
  • Ensure strong cooperation with different departments in our HQ, including Commercial Operations, Pipeline and Portfolio, Branding and Design, Medical Marketing and Regulatory Affairs
  • Track campaign effectiveness and create learning loops to secure continuous improvement of activities
  • Travel 15-20 days per year to act as a strong partner for our subsidiaries primarily within Europe and the US


Stakeholder management skills and solid consumer marketing experience 
As you will work with many different stakeholders across borders and fields, your success depends on your marketing proficiency and communicative skills. Simply put, it is your ability to build great marketing initiatives with our local subsidiaries that is the key to maximising campaign implementation and effects.  


Moreover, we imagine that you: 


  • Hold a master’s degree within marketing or communication
  • Have solid consumer marketing experience, and if you have experience in FMCG, it is a plus
  • Have experience working in an international environment – and you are one step ahead of the game if you have specific knowledge of China and the Chinese market 
  • Master the classic marketing toolbox, yet are still curious and excited to add new competences to your portfolio
  • Know how to lead complex international projects and build strategies and campaigns that affect consumers and health care professionals
  • Communicate effortlessly in English
