Senior Manufacturing IT / OT specialist

Step into our Digitalization team
Based in Humlebæk, Denmark, you will be part of our Digitalization team operating at the intersection of manufacturing, IT, and emerging technologies. Our scope is global, and we work closely with the IT organization and various teams at our manufacturing sites in China, Hungary, Costa Rica, and soon in Portugal. Primarily, we focus on OT infrastructure and applications, the global manufacturing execution system, and label print. And over time, we also expect AI to play a key role. 

Drive and develop global OT architecture
In this role, you will take on a portfolio of varied and impactful tasks where no two days are alike. You will play a key role in implementing and developing our global OT infrastructure and application architecture. This includes technologies such as Octoplant, Nozomi, and MQTT broker solutions.

You will be working in an area that is evolving rapidly. As digitalization accelerates, you will need to adapt to an ever-changing environment and help shape how we move forward globally. Currently, we are rolling out Octoplant (backup of software assets) and Nozomi (network monitoring). These initiatives are driven by requirements from the NIS2 regulation. At the same time, we are establishing a future target architecture featuring a new global MES platform and machine connectivity via an MQTT broker (HiveMQ).

In this setup, your responsibilities will include:

• Selected application ownership.
• Continuous improvements.
• Lifecycle management.
• 3rd level support. 

Experienced specialist with a global mindset
We are looking for an experienced colleague with a strong passion for manufacturing and technology and experience working in a large organization.

Moreover, we imagine that you:

• Have experience from a manufacturing environment.
• Have experience with manufacturing IT / Operational Technology (OT).
• Have an understanding of the full technology stack – from machine level to enterprise systems. 
• Are fluent in English.
• May have experience working in a regulated environment, working with cyber security, or are familiar with the IEC62443 standard.
