Become a part of a highly motivated and professional team
You will join Group Development and Strategy, which is a team of 4-6 colleagues. The VP for the team reports directly to our Group CEO and we support other members of the executive leadership team as well.

Provide analyses, give presentations and manage your own projects. You will participate in projects of strategic interest for our executive leadership team. Your key focus from day 1 will be to drive the post-merger integration of Atos Medical in close collaboration with Coloplast global and local teams towards its completion in summer 2026.
You will be involved in several project tracks at once, and as you grow into the position, you will run more projects yourself. Apart from your team and executive management, you will work closely with senior leaders and functional experts across Atos & Coloplast.
You will work within regular office hours and can expect to travel abroad a couple of days a month. Some projects will require more travel activity, but in general, work takes place in the office.
Some of your most important tasks will be to:
- Drive post-merger integration of Atos Medical coordinating cross-functional teams (P&C, IT, finance, legal, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of integration activities
- Navigate complex senior cross-functional stakeholder management
- Support in the implementation and tracking of the new group strategy “Impact4”
- Drive strategic projects and business development activities across the group
- Give presentations and counsel to senior management
You have business development or consulting experience and is a strong project manager with a collaborative mindset
You have experience with business development or management consulting, which has given you a strong analytic and strategy toolbox. This also means that strategic thinking and problem solving comes naturally to you and that you have the enthusiasm to go the extra mile when necessary. The ideal candidate has experience navigating in an international context working across global and local organizations. Moreover, you enjoy collaborating with colleagues from all levels of the organization and are sociable and open-minded when meeting new people.
Professionally, we prefer that you:
- Have 5+ years of experience with business development or management consulting
- Are a problem-solver with a solid analytical toolbox
- Have a master’s degree with good academic results
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in change management
- Speak and write English fluently – Danish is not a requirement
