Help shape our global release maturity

You will join Coloplast’s global DD&IT organization under the Portfolio, Transition to Release Services (P2R) team. Here, you’ll collaborate across QA, InfoSec, infrastructure and business, and help drive change and release governance across ERP, Salesforce, and other IT DD&IT platforms. You will be a key point of contact in an organization where IT stability is crucial for patient safety and business continuity.

Your team is in both Denmark, HQ Humlebæk office as well as Poland, Stettin Coloplast Business Center

Work on complex change and release management processes

In this role, you will be responsible for governing and executing global change and release management processes across DD&IT platforms. You will set the operational direction for Release Management, negotiate and influence to bring alignment, make final decisions on high-risk or regulated releases, handle complex tasks, and demonstrate subject matter expertise.

Moreover, you will ensure a Change & Release management framework built on industry standards including ITIL, and you will own the service window calendar.

Acting as a key enabler of operational stability and compliance in a highly regulated environment, you will:

• Refine and enforce global change and release governance framework, maintaining the global release calendar and coordinating cross-platform releases
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness across all releases.
• Manage change and release governance aligned with relevant standards
• Monitor post-release performance and facilitate retrospectives review, acting as escalation point for complex or high-risk releases.
• Partner with delivery, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure change and release processes support agility without compromising compliance.
• Lead retrospectives and problem management for critical incidents, collaborating with cross-functional teams

Solid experience with IT release processes and ITIL

With a structured and analytical mindset, you are able to combine a holistic business view with deep technical insight. You engage stakeholders and create alignment across functions, and you coach your colleagues, assuring agile and planned deliveries and releases. Finally, you thrive in a self-empowered role, and you:

• Bring solid experience in IT release/change management in regulated industries.

• Have broad experience with several ITIL roles in an Enterprise and international corporation setup
• Are recognized by own function as a leading capacity within Release Management
• Have experience working with distributed teams and governance boards
• May have knowledge of ERP (Oracle JD Edwards), Salesforce, and digital platforms
• Problem management experience is advantage
