Ambitious digital and technology agenda at the center of Coloplast’s new 5-year strategy
Coloplast, one of the world’s leading med-tech companies, just launched a new 5-year strategy called Impact4. The strategy includes significant investments into two new transformational technology programs aimed at delivering next-level user experiences for chronic patients and driving up scalability within global manufacturing.

We call this ‘Impact through technology’, and to deliver on the ambitious targets, we will be looking for 40+ new colleagues for our Digital, Data & IT organization over the next 18 months. If you want to be part of this digital transformation and make a lasting impact, then this might be the next career move for you!

Lead complex IT projects on a global scale
As a senior team member, you will partner with the business to provide an internal consulting mindset and drive projects using our established IT project governance and execution model. Your key stakeholders will include senior leadership, the program steering committee, and IT colleagues from technical domains.

Driving eCommerce and omnichannel initiatives (Salesforce.com in particular), you will make an important contribution to the digital transformation of our commercial program. By fostering clear communication across functions and technical teams, you will ensure the successful execution and end-to-end delivery of digital projects.

Part of your role will be to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensure stakeholder buy-in, while overseeing budgets, risks, IT deliverables, and resource allocation.

More specifically, you will:

  • Lead large, complex IT projects to create seamless customer experiences across various digital platforms like mobile apps, websites, and call centers
  • Lead complex national and/or international projects with multiple stakeholders, including representatives from Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing, Distribution, and Sales
  • Have end-to-end execution ownership of the IT scope, processes, and other initiatives aligned with our overall strategy
  • Mature business ideas, interpret business needs, and drive the finalization of project requirements
  • Manage expectations and collaborate with representatives from the business on project execution
  • Proactively develop and evaluate our IT project execution framework

Working on global projects, you can expect some travel as well as virtual meetings across time zones and occasionally outside Danish business hours.

Transparent communication and a strong command of project management principles
You have a consultancy mindset and a holistic business understanding that enables you to manage complex projects with multiple vendors and significant costs.

Moreover, you can confidently engage with colleagues at all levels of the organization, and your clear communication style helps align stakeholders and foster collaboration. This enables you to set direction and define clear project goals.

To drive your projects successfully, you will need a bachelor's degree or higher in IT engineering, business administration, or similar, combined with a proven track record (5+ years), including:

  • Extensive experience managing projects and acting within programs covering business areas such as supply chain, R&D, marketing, distribution, commercial excellence, and sales processes in an international context
  • Experience working on IT projects in a regulated industry, equipping you to confidently navigate compliance requirements, produce thorough documentation, and adhere to validation standards
  • Experience working with both a traditional waterfall approach and agile project management, project, and IT methods, such as PRINCE2® and ITIL®
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and partnership abilities
