Located at our headquarter in Humlebæk, you will become an integral part of the Ostomy Marketing team which is responsible for setting the global direction for the Ostomy Care portfolio and bringing our global strategy to life across the world. We support both healthcare professionals in delivering the right care for their patients, and people with intimate health care needs to live life more freely.
Senior HCP Marketing Manager position
In this role, you will be responsible for setting and driving the HCP marketing strategy for our market leading brand, SenSura Mio. Working closely with your colleagues in the team, you will set the global direction for SenSura Mio, develop and drive impactful marketing initiatives, and bring new products to market.
Acting at a global level, you will interact with our local subsidiaries across the world, and with diverse functions across the organization, including Product & Pipeline, Customer Experience, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and with external marketing agencies. You will also collaborate with several colleagues in the broader Global Product, Marketing & Development team.
More specifically, you will:
• Set strategic direction and be responsible for driving the growth of SenSura Mio in the HCP channel
• Develop impactful marketing campaigns, working in close collaboration with HQ colleagues and markets
• Prepare and execute new launches to ensure commercial impact
• Track effectiveness of initiatives and ensure we continuously improve and raise the bar
• Act as a strong partner for our subsidiaries, between our departments in headquarters as well as with our agencies
Experienced and passionate marketing professional
With your excellent strategic marketing skills coupled with broad commercial experience you know how to shape and develop marketing strategy for market leading brands. You master the art of multicultural and cross-functional collaboration, and you know how to navigate in a global setting dealing with many stakeholders. To be successful it is vital that you have a pragmatic, positive, and creative mindset and both a strategic and operational focus.
You will need to bring into play your solid business acumen, allowing you to identify and act upon growth opportunities.
Furthermore, you bring:
• A master’s degree in marketing, business, communication or similar
• Strong experience within marketing and brand management, preferably from the medical industry, FMCG or from an advertising agency
• Proven experience with developing marketing strategies and campaigns, and a strong creative mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong business acumen
• A genuine interest in improving life for users and creating impactful solutions
• Flexibility to travel for approx. 15-20 days per year
• Fluency in English (Danish is not a requirement)
