Senior ESG Reporting Manager

Coloplast is seeking an experienced sustainability reporting professional to lead the company's strategic sustainability reporting agenda and drive reporting excellence across the organisation.
This role is responsible for coordinating and continuously improving Coloplast's sustainability disclosures, ESG ratings, and stakeholder communications, ensuring transparent, credible, and compliant reporting. Working across Sustainability, Finance, People & Culture, Procurement, Legal, Market Access and other functions, the role will ensure that sustainability commitments, performance, and progress are communicated effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
The role owns the qualitative components of sustainability reporting and disclosure processes, while partnering closely with the ESG Controller in Finance, who is responsible for quantitative reporting requirements.
About The Sustainability Team
You will join Coloplast's Global Sustainability team, which sits in our Global Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Sustainability team under Global Operations. The team is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the company's sustainability strategy, including Environment, Health and Safety, and supports the business in delivering on its Impact4 strategic commitments.

Reporting to the Senior Director - Sustainability, you will work alongside dedicated sustainability professionals and collaborate extensively across the organisation, particularly with Finance, Communications and Investor Relations to strengthen our ESG reporting and assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of qualitative sustainability disclosures, including the Sustainability Statement, Annual Report content, and other strategic sustainability communications
- Own and continuously improve Coloplast's sustainability reporting processes, governance, and disclosure framework, ensuring compliance with CSRD, ESRS, and other relevant reporting requirements
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to support assurance activities and maintain high-quality, decision-useful disclosures
- Facilitate effective reporting governance through steering committees, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination across the organisation
- Drive Coloplast's ESG ratings programme, including planning, submissions, performance tracking, methodology monitoring, and identification of improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain compelling sustainability narratives, ensuring alignment between strategy, performance, disclosures, and external communications
- Monitor developments in sustainability reporting requirements, ESG regulations, and rating methodologies and translate them into actionable recommendations for the business
- Contribute to additional sustainability reporting, disclosure, and communications initiatives as required, supporting the continued development and maturity of Coloplast's sustainability agenda.
Key Objectives & Deliverables
- Deliver a compliant, high-quality, and limited-assured Sustainability Statement in accordance with CSRD and ESRS requirements
- Establish efficient and scalable reporting processes that improve quality, consistency, and stakeholder experience
- Maintain and continuously improve Coloplast's ESG ratings performance through structured planning, stakeholder engagement, and targeted improvement initiatives
- Ensure effective governance and coordination of sustainability reporting activities across the organisation
- Strengthen sustainability communications and key messages to ensure clear, credible, and consistent stakeholder engagement
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on emerging sustainability reporting requirements and disclosure best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in sustainability reporting, ESG disclosures, or corporate reporting
- Experience with CSRD, ESRS, and double materiality assessments
- Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and ESG ratings
- Proven project management and stakeholder engagement experience
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Experience supporting assurance or regulatory reporting processes
- Professional proficiency in English
- Experience with Workiva or similar reporting platforms is an advantage
