Ambitious digital and technology agenda at the center of Coloplast’s new 5-year strategy
Coloplast, one of the world’s leading med-tech companies, just launched a new 5-year strategy called Impact4. The strategy includes significant investments into two new transformational technology programs aimed at delivering next-level user experiences for chronic patients and driving up scalability within global manufacturing.
We call this ‘Impact through technology’, and to deliver on the ambitious targets, we will be looking for 40+ new colleagues for our Digital, Data & IT organization over the next 18 months. If you want to be part of this digital transformation and make a lasting impact, then this might be the next career move for you!
Drive key projects behind our new strategy
You will join eCommerce & Digital Products within our DD&IT organization and lead international development teams consisting of 8-10 people. Your work will start with our project-based work, where you will work on our UX quality while gaining a good foothold in the organization. With time, though, you will oversee our UX efforts across our digital solutions. This will entail creating design guidelines and best practices for user experience across all our digital products, focusing on delivering exceptional, user-centered solutions for those with intimate healthcare needs.
Additionally, you will integrate our e-commerce efforts with our engagement programs, ensuring a seamless experience that aligns with our overall commercial strategy. Specifically, you will be the primary liaison between design teams and non-technical stakeholders, fostering clear communication so everyone is informed and aligned on user experience best practices, as you:
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to connect direct/e-commerce initiatives with our engagement programs, creating a seamless experience that resonates with diverse audiences
- Oversee the ongoing development and governance of our Design System for web
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and utilize data-driven analysis to understand customer pain points and needs – and implement changes
- Establish and oversee design standards, methodologies, and best practices for user experience across digital platforms, ensuring consistency and quality in user experience
You will be based at our headquarters in Humlebæk, Denmark, and can expect to travel around 30-40 days per year.
Solid experience in UX design and great stakeholder management skills
In this role, you will need to be skilled in stakeholder management and be able to communicate across diverse audiences. Also, you can lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment because you know how to inspire and guide teams to achieve project objectives while fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
Finally, you:
- Have solid experience in UX design, particularly within e-commerce environments
- Have proven experience in working with design systems
- Possess a strong understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
- Can advocate for user-centered design principles across teams
- Have experience in leading cross-functional teams and projects successfully
