Senior Commercial Project Manager for new educational engagement platform

Be part of a welcoming and cross-functional team 
At our HQ in Humlebæk, you will become part of our Marketing department in our Innovation unit. Here you will join our cross-functional and diverse HCP Engagement Marketing team which is made up of 10 passionate and skilled colleagues including HCP engagement specialists and marketing experts.

 

We operate inside the largest Coloplast division, Chronic Care. Our mission is to support the company’s growth strategy, and right now, we are underway with a new and exciting education platform project for some of our key markets.

You work commercially as you make our new platform an engagement winner 
As our new commercial project manager, you will lead and ensure the implementation of the next big thing in the Chronic Care division in key selected markets: Our new education platform www.coloplastprofessional.com. 

 

Doing so, you will have the full project life cycle ownership – from defining or adjusting processes to implementation and deployment within our subsidiaries. We are currently present in 7 countries and over the next 2 years, 10 additional markets will follow – e.g. the Nordics and North America.

While maintaining an overview of your project, you also facilitate change across the organisation by sparking an interest in the project and offerings. And you will look at how the platform performs in current markets and reach out to relevant stakeholders to ensure best practice and key learnings.

 

More specifically, you will: 

  • Define the project scope and create milestone plan
  • Manage the project resources, schedules, deliverables and budget as well as the day-to-day project activities
  • Oversee the project management team meetings and ensure on-time project delivery while handling issues, risks, and project change requests
  • Have 10-15 travelling days a year, where you will build stakeholder relations, facilitate workshops and discuss project plans within the relevant key markets
  • Experienced project manager with strong business acumen and a commercial mindset
  • You always strive to get to the heart of complex problems, and you know how to work at both operational and strategic levels. And navigating well at all levels of an organisation, you also know how to adapt your communication to fit the context you are in, win buy-in and ensure collaboration.


Moreover, we imagine that you:

  • Bring several years’ experience within project management from a large international company 
  • Hold a master’s degree in project management, business, marketing or similar 
  • Are fluent in written and spoken English – fluency in additional languages is an advantage, Danish language skills are not required
