Play a key role at the intersection of business operations and Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT)
Working from our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark, you will be the primary process manager for the Chronic Care strategic program, which is highlighted in our core corporate strategy. Independently responsible for your deliverables, you will engage closely with business stakeholders to identify their digital needs and align these with strategic goals.
A key part of your role will be to facilitate conversations that enable the delivery of business-driven digital solutions. You will translate business needs within the Chronic Care strategic program into requirements for DD&IT development teams, utilizing Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies, including mapping and designing optimized processes.
More specifically, you will:
- Lead efforts to drive end-to-end process analyses and designs, focusing on consumer operations, optimization and digitalization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to clarify their needs and put these into a DD&IT context
- Facilitate workshops that drive decision-making, resulting in process designs and enabling optimized technology solutions that impact business priorities
- Support the alignment of process architecture with strategic objectives, leveraging Business Process Management (BPM) tools and methods for maximum business value
- Educate and enable Business Process Owners in Process Excellence benefits and tools
Skilled facilitator with deep business process management expertise
You are skilled in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes. Whether your stakeholders have a commercial mindset or a technical approach, you can communicate effectively, and you excel at translating between multiple perspectives. Additionally, you know how to utilize your BPM toolbox to enable others to make decisions.
Your organizational and analytical abilities are complemented by a continuous improvement mindset, which makes you a firm believer in the value of knowledge sharing.
You also have:
- A strong track record working with senior business management
- Proven experience working with BPM methodologies and BPMN in a commercial environment
- Strong skills in process mapping, analysis, and design
- Experience with lean management and a Six Sigma Yellow belt or an equivalent certification , including hands-on experience with workshop facilitation
- Excellent communication skills in English
